Learner Support & Compliance

SiS Training & Consulting Ltd (NZQA provider 7677) is committed to the Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021 and to the best outcomes for our learners.

Our mission is to provide timely, effective and practical training and consulting services fit for purpose to the aviation, maritime and seafood industries. We are committed to practical, hands-on training, timely communication, excellent achievement rates, and the care and support of our students. Every learner receives a Training Handbook with a full contacts list — including the business owner's direct email and phone number — so support and feedback are always one step away.

3. Safe, inclusive, supportive environmentsOur candidate guidance and support policy ensures every learner has appropriate support to meet their goals, backed by harassment and complaints policies.
