A workplace-based qualification for experienced seafood staff moving into team leader, supervisor and senior operator roles.

At this level, learners take responsibility for the work of others. The qualification covers implementing and monitoring staff work routines, legislative and food-safety compliance, and the oversight of fish and fish-product processing operations and quality control.

Pathways

Builds on the Level 3 certificate [Ref 3130] and supports progression toward Level 5 seafood advanced operations. It is the senior component of the Seafood Processing apprenticeship.
