A workplace-based qualification for seafood operators working under limited supervision, with four strands to match your role.

Building on the Level 2 certificate, this qualification develops competent operators who take responsibility for their own work in roles such as filleter, processor or packer. Learners complete the strand (or strands) that fit their job.

Food safety is central to every seafood role — see our seafood food safety & compliance consulting.
