The SMS Refresher course serves as an ongoing investment in the safety performance of both employees and the organisation. It reinforces existing knowledge and equips participants with the tools needed to navigate the evolving landscape of safety management successfully.
Participants enhance their knowledge of safety management practices and gain improved risk assessment and emergency response skills. Organisations gain assurance of compliance awareness with current regulations and a reinforced safety culture.
All content and activities are aimed at the small to medium-sized operator, with an emphasis on practical techniques and solutions — including exercises to develop key skills and completed templates to use as a guide.
